SCREEN GRAPHICS – OUR PROCESS

When your job enters our doors at Screen Graphics, the first stop you’re going to make is our Art Department. Once you’re here, our professional designers and technicians check your digital files for accuracy and make any necessary adjustments to ensure the highest quality final product. Proofs are then sent to you for approval, after which the production of films will begin.

In this stage, your job is moved into the Prep Department for manufacturing, where our dedicated staff will follow your job through every phase of production.

Note: Screen Graphics of Florida houses one of the largest selection of presses in the Southern United States.

Now your job is ready for one of our many presses. Depending on your project’s specifications, it will be produced utilizing our Svecia flatbed, one of our flatbed Renegades, or, one of three Sakuri Cylinder presses. We also offer a full range of wide-format digital output options, including our popular outdoor durable vinyls.

Regardless of the press required for the job, you can be assured of the highest quality output and a staff of technicians whose combined experience is the best in the industry!

At Screen Graphics, we use state-of-the-art UV drying systems so your project will move quickly from press to finishing. We offer many finishing options including: special mounting, custom lamination, and our amazing Zund (which easily accommodates complex, close tolerance, digital cuttong and routing).  In addition, our Heidelberg cylinder and Thompson flatbed can thermal, or, steel rule die-cut most substrates.

Finally, adding to our finishing capabilities, we offer metal punching, grommeting, sewing, consecutive numbering, assembly, and much more!

Your completed job is now ready for inspection by our stringent Quality Control Department. After careful review, your high-quality screen-printed job is packed and drop-shipped to one, or many, specified locations throughout the world. Whenever necessary, we offer convenient stocking services for on-demand shipping requirements.

Finally, our stocking and fulfillment services are fully automated to ensure accurate shipping and on-time re-orders.
